RefrigiMart LLC is committed to making refrigimart.com usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

1. What we have done

  • Semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark, logical heading order and a skip-to-content link.
  • Full keyboard operability: navigation, cart drawer, accordions, product gallery and forms are all reachable and operable without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
  • Text and interface colours tested against WCAG AA contrast ratios in both the light and dark sections of the site.
  • Descriptive alternative text on product illustrations, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
  • Form fields with persistent visible labels, not placeholder-only labels, and errors described in text rather than by colour alone.
  • Motion respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting — the ticker and reveal animations stop when you ask them to.
  • Layouts reflow to 320 px width and support 200% text zoom without loss of content or function.

2. Known limitations

We would rather tell you than let you find out:

  • Some technical comparison tables scroll horizontally on narrow screens. The data is complete and reachable, but wide tables are inherently awkward on a phone.
  • Third-party checkout and payment screens are governed by the provider’s own accessibility conformance, not ours. We monitor this and will change provider if it becomes a barrier.

3. Tell us if something blocks you

If any part of this site prevents you from getting information or placing an order, email support@refrigimart.com with “Accessibility” in the subject, or call +1 (888) 742-0164. Describe the page and what happened.

We aim to respond within two business days. If a fix will take longer, we will give you the information or complete the order for you over the phone in the meantime — you should not have to wait on our engineering backlog to buy a cylinder.

4. How we assess this

The site is evaluated by internal review using automated tooling combined with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. This statement was last reviewed on the date shown at the top of this page and is updated whenever the site changes materially.

Purchases of HFC and HCFC refrigerant for stationary equipment require EPA Section 608 technician certification or a qualifying exemption; motor-vehicle air-conditioning refrigerant requires Section 609 certification. RefrigiMart verifies credentials before shipment. Always follow the equipment nameplate, the safety data sheet and all federal, state and local requirements. Product specifications are published reference values and do not replace the manufacturer's documentation.
