What the statuses mean

  • Verification pendingWe are reviewing your EPA credential. Nothing ships until this clears.
  • PackingCylinder pulled, hazmat carton built, manifest generated.
  • In transitScanned by FedEx. Ground hazmat, typically 2–5 business days.
  • DeliveredSignature captured. Inspect the cylinder before you sign wherever possible.

Tracking says delivered but it is not here

Check the carrier photo, then the loading dock, side entrance, garage, front desk and neighbouring units. Hazmat is often left at a receiving area rather than a front door, and multi-cylinder orders can arrive on different days.

Still missing after 24 hours? Contact us with the order and tracking numbers — carrier claims must be opened within 14 days of the delivery scan.
