What the statuses mean
- Order reviewYour order is being reviewed before dispatch. We will contact you directly if anything is needed.
- PackingCylinder pulled, hazmat carton built, manifest generated.
- In transitScanned by FedEx. Ground hazmat transit is typically 2–4 business days.
- DeliveredSignature captured. Inspect the cylinder before you sign wherever possible.
Tracking says delivered but it is not here
Check the carrier photo, then the loading dock, side entrance, garage, front desk and neighbouring units. Hazmat is often left at a receiving area rather than a front door, and multi-cylinder orders can arrive on different days.
